Programme description

Information Technology has become an important part of modern society and industry. A characteristic feature of our time is rapidly developing processes of informatization in all spheres of human activity. There is a growing need for Information Technology professionals around the world. Information Technology allows solving complex and important practical tasks, quick information searching processing, as well as it helps in self-development and project activities participation. The educational programme is aimed to train professionals in the field of Information Systems. The training programme provides skills in various fields including programming, design and administration of information systems, mathematical modeling and system analysis.

Programme objectives

The graduate will be able to perform the following tasks:

  • to maintain the performance of information systems and technologies in the specified functional characteristics and their compliance with quality criteria;
  • to ensure continuous operation of the information systems;
  • to perform applications adaptation to changing conditions of functioning;
  • to compile instructions for operation of information systems;
  • to ensure the security and integrity of data in information systems and technologies;
  • to develop, coordinate and issue all types of project documentation

Graduates professional activity

The professional activity of a graduate is aimed at research, development, implementation and support of information technologies and systems. A graduate will be able to carry out professional activities in design organizations and enterprises of various forms of ownership which activities are related to the information processes development, technologies, systems and networks as well as provided software.
